Victim Shot In Hand, Which Bleed ,shot In Side Deflated

Victim shot in hand, which bleed ,shot in side deflated lung,and hit aorta which bleed, now there's a 3rd shot in the neck at a level c4, perforating, & penetrating but this wound does not bleed inside or out, not spinal fluid. Is this a posts mortem wound
