Voice Resonates In My Head. Ears Feel Plugged Like An

Voice resonates in my head. Ears feel plugged like an altitude change. I can feel pressure against one or both ears when I swallow. I have not been swimming and have not experienced a significant altitude change. I have had episodes similar to this to a lesser extent recently. Have also been experiencing a crunching and popping of my neck vertebrae. Have also experienced problems with balance. I am 76 in age.
