Wanted To Know What Type Of These Symptoms Should Spouse

Wanted to know what type of these symptoms should spouse be worried about or checkers. He is 47 and weighs 220 at 5'7 1/5. He has been trying herbalife shakes but nothing is working. He doesn't excise just complain he has pain, he seems very depressed. He has Thyroid problems; HB; cholesterol, but this is with the last year. My biggest concern is his swelling on the high part of the should and back of the neck where your bones are. He sleeps all the time even he uses his C-pap. I am having a stress test on him done next week, he vital came back good recently. Plus I think I should call the doctor about heckling his heart as well, any assistance would help to finding out what is the problem. PS he has a very short neck which to be enlarge and he looks then he has no next.
