Was Bleeding Slightly The Night Before Last. Was Spotting More

Was bleeding slightly the night before last. Was spotting more or less throughout the day yest and cramping started last night cramping seems worse only when up and about but disappears when I lay down. Haven't had any bleeding today but cramping starts up when I'm up and about. Am currently 12 wks prey and have had 4 miscarriages though this is a little alarming it doesn't feel like any of my other m\c's so I'm wondering if it's something to get checked in now or wait it out for my doc appointment
