Was Cleaning Fish Tank And Notice My Thumb Was Bleeding

Was cleaning fish tank and notice my thumb was bleeding I would have cut 4-5 minutes before the discovery. I threw some 4 year old disinfectant on it and a bandaid. It's around 1.5-2mm deep to the right of the base of the thumbnail on left hand . I did manage to stop the bleeding pretty quickly once i found it. Should I still go see a doctor.
