Was Diagnosed With A Possible Slight Hip Laberal Tear 6-8

Was diagnosed with a possible slight hip laberal tear 6-8 years ago while getting a mri for popping in hip and low back pain. Now I will get pain that stops me in my tracks when pivoting on my right leg for about 30 seconds. Regular walking don’t bother me.do have pain in hip while legs are crossed. Started 3-4 months ago. I’m a letter carrier who walks about 5 miles a day and have read horror stories about hip arthroscopy. What’s your thoughts?
