Was Diagnosed With Vertigo Over 2 Months Ago. Stayed Home

Was diagnosed with vertigo over 2 months ago. Stayed home for 1 week and got rid of. Today My car went out of control and almost had a serious accident. there is a recall for the stability bar i know of but i also don't know if it was me. I felt like i was bouncing off the railway or fence which i was in a circular fashion.
I was pulling into mcdonalds and never made it to the place to place order and wound up to the window where i should pickup it. i was out of control i bounced the like guardrail. and another way and almost went over the edge of the barrier. was the car doing it or me im not sure.
