Was Dx'd With Lyme. Can I Take Flagyl 250mg And

Was dx'd with lyme. Can I take flagyl 250mg and doxycycline 100 mg together? I take both 2 X a day. I also take ibuprofen 600mg and Dr Ohhiras probiotics (working up to 2 X day)
Also on Losartan 100mg, Ambien 10mg, Lorazapam 0.5mg and gabapentin 2400mg. I have a laundry list of symptoms. All over pain, neuropathy and little energy are the worst.
