Was Given A Dose A Spiriva At 10 This Morning...

Was given a dose a spiriva at 10 this morning... Diagnosed with COPD but have been feeling much better... Anyway about 6 hours later I started getting chest discomfort and tightness, and thru the evening SOB again (which I have not experienced in 2 weeks). How long for will it take to get out of my system... I feel awful and I was feeling so good!
