Was Hospitalized With Cellulitis In Left Foot, Ankle And Lower

Was hospitalized with cellulitis in left foot, ankle and lower leg. Swelling is now less after 2 weeks and skin is peeling off. Is this normal? Was on IV Vancomycin and zosyn. Then went home on oral Levaquin and doxycycline. Finished antibiotics 1 week ago. Still having a little swelling but much less redness.
