Was Jackhammer At Work.. Then Teeth Started Hurting Little. Abset

Was jackhammer at work.. Then teeth started hurting little. Abset but took antibiotics for it started swelling. Tooth don't hurt no more but has swollen alot now.. And gland under jaw swollen now to.. Been icing it to that help little at a time on swelling..been taking antibiotics for bout 3 days. But still swollen.help please.. Need swelling down .. How long will it be swollen.
