Was Just Rear Ended An Hour Ago While At Standstill

Was just rear ended an hour ago while at standstill at stoplight in car- other car didn't brake she just crashed into me @30mph. Have head & neck ache- icepack on neck & ibuprofen for h/a. Is I've best for acute whiplash or should I be using heating pad or salon pas heat patch!? I will go to my fam dr in morning
