Was Prescribed Levaquin 500 Mg Daily About 4 Days Ago

Was prescribed Levaquin 500 mg daily about 4 days ago (x10 days). 2 hours after taking it and one Alleve tablet I developed a sudden itching, redness and swelling of both hands and noted itching of scalp. Seem to have decreased. Was that an allergic reaction?
