Was Singing In Church Sunday And Felt Like My Lungs

Was singing in church Sunday and felt like my lungs couldn't expand to breathe correctly. Felt like I had just run 50 yard dash. Can it be congestion? There is a tightness in that area. I do now have a cough. I'm sure it's nothing but my son is concerned and feels I should get it checked out.
