Was Taking Duphaston On Day 33 Of My Cycle After A Negative Pregnancy Test Too Early, And Should I Stop It Now?

Hey... My last three period cycle is 27 to 29 days .. My dr said after u missed a period u take tablet duphaston..But i take medicine after 33 day of my cycle..i didnt understand what to do.. I do pregnency test n its negative ... M too stressful..that i do wrong to take medicine too early ..at least i have to wait for 7 days..can i stop now ?
