Was Taking A Bath Went To Get Out And Got

Was taking a bath went to get out and got terrible pain in lower back. Pain is traveling down back of leg also. Can't stand to bend, set or lay down. Pains been getting worse. Happened about 5 hours ago. I have colitis so can't take much. Haven't taken anything. Trying ice alternating with heat.
