Was Trying To Look Up An "upside Down Kidney"... My

Was trying to look up an "upside down kidney"... my husband's neice is 17 and pregnant. They just discovered she has an upside down kidney. I have never heard of this and there is not alot of litrature online I can research... what is this and how can it affect her pregnancy? Is it something she will have to have surgery for at a later time?
