Wat Causes Breathlessness, Dizziness And Back Pain While Having High BP?

Good Evening Doctor, I had a physical altercation yesterday and today when I went to stand up my right side of my back is in intense pain to where my movement is very limited. Its also hard for me to breathe and my chest on the right side hurts when I breathe in and out. Yesterday when I had the altercation It was difficult for me to breathe and then I felt dizzy. I also have high blood pressure and asthma. Can you please help me? Thanking you in advance
