We Are Flying Tomorrow And My Children Are On Antibiotics.

We are flying tomorrow and my children are on antibiotics. they both had headaches and low fevers, coughing, blocked nose. since the antibiotics (today is 2nd day) the fevers are gone - headaches still present. but feeling a lot better. Should I cancel the flight tomorrow?
