We Are Looking To Adopt A Baby And Have Met

We are looking to adopt a baby and have met a birth mom. She has 2 previous children. One has been diagnosed with Autism and the other with global learning delays. This baby has a different father. Birth mom seems very healthy without any cognitive challenges. Birth mom also smoked pot 2 - 3 times per week throughout this pregnancy and likely throughout the first 2 pregnancies as well. She has not had any prenatal care and doesn't seem interested in getting any. We are not likely to find out anything about the baby's health till he or she is born. Are there specific questions we should ask when the baby is born to better determine how the pot and lack of prenatal care affected the baby? Is it likely for a mother to have more than one child that is autistic?
