We are tying to identify a round blue tablet about the size of two dimes pressed together imprinted with what appears to be an A or possibly a V. The numbers 11?0 0 0 107 appear on the package. Package is foil backed with 9 individual clear plastic covered individual tablet holding spaces. Probably was purchased over a year ago.
