We Forgot To Flush A Pic Line With Saline And

We forgot to flush a pic line with saline and heparin after TPN. Can I flush both ports with the saline and 3 cc of heparin at the same time or should I stagger the times. Do one port now and the other port tomorrow morning? Was worried about 2 doses of heparin.
