We Got Back FRiday After A Week In The Dominican

We got back FRiday after a week in The Dominican Republic. On Sunday, both of us had diahrria. My wife is better, but still has some. I have had more over the last several days. I also started developing neck and eye pressure, tiredness yesterday (Monday), and now today developing burning in chest, with slight cough. Could it be something we picked up?
