We Got The Flu In Norway And Now Have Very

We got the flu in Norway and now have very bad coughs here in NY. Mom's cough is very painful…right behind breast plates and radiates to shoulder and upper arms…young son (8) has bad cough too…all night with heavy spitting up…like clear vomiting while sleeping….saw doctor on Monday who said it was viral….could this now be bronchitis or pneumonia….
