We Had My Father Undergo Chest Xray PA Just Last

We had my father undergo chest xray PA just last week and the result is suspicious densities on both apices. Apicolordotic view is suggested. I believe that apicolordotic view is a chest xray test that confirms if he patient has TB. What are other possibilites aside from TB? Thank you!
