We Had Relatives Visit From Out East And My Mother-in-law

We had relatives visit from out east and my mother-in-law was exhibiting some very strange symptoms. She would get a blank look on her face and like zone out. She did not realize she was doing this and would get upset if we asked get if she was feeling well. She also moved very slow. All movements were sloth like? Earlier this summer she had tremors and was looked at by a doctor but Parkinson's was eliminated. Are these new symptoms a concern and should she be evaluated again?
