We Had Try This Month To Conceive And I Got

We had try this month to conceive and i got spotting since 25 th day of the cycle and around 30 th dau i had very light periods . On 26 th day i tested for pregnency it was negetive. Am iregnent? Before trying we were went to gynecologist everything was ok and then we tried . The blood report says CMV IgG + 250 What does it mean ? Does it effect to get pregnent and during pregnency or does it effect the periods or harmones?
