We Have A 3 Month Old Infant. No Fever But

We have a 3 month old infant. No fever but seemed to want to sleep quite a bit today and took good feedings earlier today. She got up from her last nap and threw up the last feeding which was about two hours before she awoke. Enough vomit so that we had to bathe her. Had a very good bowel movement also. Is it safe to give her a small feeding of milk right now? She is on Earth's Best with iron.
