We Have A Give Year Old, Female. Since Wednesday She

We have a give year old, female. Since Wednesday she has had a severe stiff neck, she says her ear is hurting, she had swollen tonsils and glands. Doctors have ruled out meningitis through symptoms. No positive strep infection (twice). No diagnosis of an ear infection. She screams in pain as soon as the Tylenol/ibuprofen starts to wear off (four hours generally). She won't let us touch her. She sleeps a lot. We are pushing liquids. We have been to Dr./E.R. three times. What is your opinion?
