We Have Had No Boil Water Notices Issued Late 3

We have had no boil water notices issued late 3 times this year - since September (the last one and the one last week I have literally run to the bathroom after eating anything...I have several other health issues, see my PCD every two weeks - lost 19 lbs since December 7th - .....he has run tons of blood work Should I ask for some type of heavy metals test as well or any others you can suggest?
