We Just Found Out There Are Three 50-70% Blocked Heart

We just found out there are three 50-70% blocked heart valves and will meet with the dr in 5 days. I am wondering what I should expect next? I am 74 years old and have had shortness of breath and have been on oxygen 16 hours per day since March 2016 after recovery from spinal surgery. I have a history of COPD and have diabetes, and high blood pressure and a former smoker 25 years ago.
