We Live In Cambodia, With Limited Access To Good Health

We live in Cambodia, with limited access to good health care professionals. My 14-year old son is recently complaining of emission of a clear, sticky fluid in the morning, after waking up. It is enough to see large wet spots on his underwear. It is clearly not semen, and not a 'wet dream.' He is 176-cm tall, weighs 60-kg, is quite healthy and well-built, and gets plenty of exercise. He has a history of childhood asthma, and had strongyles, also as a child.
