We Planned The Baby But At 7th Week Baby's Heart

We planned the baby but at 7th week baby's heart beat gone. then i gone for TORCH TEST. at that time IGg Rubella was 2.63 and IGM was 0.19 and cytomegalovirus was IGg 3.3 and IGM was 0.24 doctor suggest me to wait for next one year and vaccinate 2 times (gap of vaccination of 6month) then again gone for torch test this time RUBELLA IGg is 2.48 and IGM is 0.51 and cytomegalovirus IGg is 3.77 and IGM is 0.67 so, suggest me can we plan for pregnancy now?
