We Recently Moved From 9200 Feet Altitude To Sea Level.

We recently moved from 9200 feet altitude to sea level. It seems like sea level and altitude is really causing a lot of aches and pains for both my husband and myself. In the morning our hands hurt really bad, like the joints and we have to flex for quite some time. We also are finding aches in our legs and hips. We live on a boat and there is a lot of moisture around us. Is there anything we can do?
