We Thought The Water And Liquid Fabric Softener Was Rinsed

We thought the water and liquid fabric softener was rinsed out of the sprayer. I thought it was clean. So I put Apple cider vinegar and mixed it with water to clean windows. A friend suggested to put it on our food we were cooking over a fire. We thought it smelled odd and took a sip. Is this harmful? What should we do?
