We Want Baby And Consulted With Doctor.Dr Prescribed My Wife

We want baby and consulted with doctor.Dr prescribed my wife progesteron 300 mg SR.She is 32 yrs old now.
The problem is we are not getting 300mg SR in the pharmacy.They have 200mg SR and 100mg softgel separately.
As per prescription she have to take medicine within few hours.
Please help us.
