We Went To Cuba In Feb. Of This Year. I

We went to Cuba in Feb. of this year. I took the anti-diarreah before our trip. Unfortunately I had diarreah while I was in Cuba. I have continued to have diarreah off and on since then. Sometimes I will be constipated in the morning and then have darreah in the afternoon. I have had a few sever attacks where it feels like my bowels are twisting. I have severe pains which are relieved by passing gas and stretching out. These pains and diarreah are starting to worry me. I am a 55 year old female in relative good health.
