We Were Asked By Our Physician To Start From 60

We were asked by our physician to start from 60 mg of omnacortil for 45 days then after 45 days we were asked to reduce 2.5 mg per 4 day... this reducing of 2.5 mg continues for 32 days and now we are at 33rd day and the dose is 40mg ...but we are un able to contact our physician ........so please suggest us what to do..
Our child age is 12 year and weight is 53 kg
