Wednesday I Started Getting Blurred/fuzzy Vision In My Right Eye.

Wednesday I started getting blurred/fuzzy vision in my right eye. I have a small head cold so I assumed it was a migraine coming on, but it hasn't gone away since Wednesday. I feel like it is working much harder than my left eye and it feels tired and painful.
