Wednesday Night My Left Calf Started Hurting. I Didnt Do

Wednesday night my left calf started hurting. I didnt do anything for a reason it hurt. By the time i went to bed it was hurting pretty bad. Today was like the past couple days except i tripped on a cord and put pressure on myleg and something pulled orsomething but icant flex my foot or walk on that leg. I dont know why.
