Weird question. Is a women's ejaculate healthy for someone with diabetes? My fiancée has it and he loves to give oral, like a lot. I am worried b/c otherwise he follows a strict diet but his A1C is 13.1 and his sugars are high. He thinks this may have something to do with it. I have never heard of such a thing.
