Weird Question But I Just Got Stung By A Wasp

Weird question but I just got stung by a wasp three times on the hand I have never been stung before and my hand is swollen and I feel sick to my stomach this happened about an hour ago .... Is it safe to go to sleep is swelling a sign of a sever reaction
