Welcome to 'Ask a Doctor'. Please type your question here... I was tested and found out I'm real close to being prediabetic. Diabetes runs in my family, and I have high blood pressure, problems with my ankles from breakage years bk, and have plantar fasciitis. Lately my foot has been burning so bad its hard to walk, and I have gained 35 pds in last few months, I was working out didn't loose gained. I have to change my eating like now which I need just don't know where to begin. In past I didn't eat veggie on regular, it was fried meat fries, baked pot, chips. I need to eat right to stay not diabetic and shaking this weight, where do I begin?
