Welcome to 'Ask a Doctor'. Please type your question hereHello. My name is Anas and I am living in Germany. I am a student here. For 2 weeks, I have been having trouble with my breathing particularly during the day time. Almost all the time i feel suffocated, i wake up gasping for air in the morning, have to breathe deeply to have satisfaction and out of 10 tries to breathe deeply only 3 to 4 are successful. Also, i have pain in my upper right side of the back below my shoulder bone when i breathe and also on my lower ribs. My weight is around 65kg. Please help or suggest something as its very difficult to get ab appointment with the specialists here in Germany. I have been to my GP and he suggests nothing but pain killers which dont help..
