Welcome to 'Ask a Doctor'. Please type your question here...hi I am a 60 yr old male overweight. 6’0 tall active job high blood pressure which I take medication for have an a job as a builder however recently I have noticed that when walking or doing any task It seems as though my lungs are on fire and feel as I have just finished a half marathon I have not had any other symptoms and have otherwise felt pretty healthy I also don’t smoke wondering what this sensation could be.
