Well, I Am Originally From Yemen Were I Had A

Well, I am originally from Yemen were I had a relatively healthy hair I moved to Cairo where my hair started to significantly fall down. At first I thought that it was due to stress and moving out ;however, that was not the case as I came to know that the water here is over processed with chlorine. I then started to freak out and panic. I did blood test everything seemed to be normal so I thought I needed to do something about it may be start taking supplementary vitamins.
I went to the pharmacy to get Priorn but was not available and then I was recommended to try Neoptide spray from Ducray I bought it but haven't started the treatment yet
I was thinking of having both vitamins along while initiating The spray.
I just need to know if it is safe and what are the side effects?
Can it work in my case and provide a feasible results?

What to do please advise
