Well, I Have Had A Pulsating Sensation In My Upper

Well, I have had a pulsating sensation in my upper right abdomen for the last month or so. Possibly longer. Its not really painful, just gives a feeling of general discomfort every now and then. I went and got an ultrasound on my right side and it revealed no abnormalities other than very small gallbladder polyps. My right side feels different than my left. I'm beyond tired of this and I just want to know what's going on and what it is. I do have a high stress level and a relatively high anxiety level so there's that. Any help at all is more than appreciated. I don't feel it when I wake up, it progressively becomes more noticeable through out the day.
