Well, I Have Well Documented DMPM Dermatomyositis/polymyositis And This Summer

Well, I have well documented DMPM dermatomyositis/polymyositis and this summer have had a total of 60mg of injectable Kenalog by NP in dermatogy for "rashes on my scalp and elbows." But now I have a persistent back pain over my right lung (also have pulmonary fibrosis from DMPM) Could this pain be lung tumor?
