Well I Thought I Had A Spider Bite On My

Well I thought I had a spider bite on my right side of my stomach is waited a day or so then squeezed it and alot of yellow stuff came out,a day or so late it felt like a big knot under my skin,like a oval shape,a day after I felt on my left side notice a red spot I knew something bit me,I thought it was just a mosquito bite....so the next two days I tried to squeeze it nothing came out the "mass just got bigger seems like the same thing that's on my right side which is the size of a skittles maybe,the wound on there is healed but I can still fill something under my skin...what is happening to me
