Well I Thought It Was Just Nerves But It Has

Well I thought it was just nerves but it has happened for over 15 yrs now, different, women. Different stages of relationships. Now with my wife of 10yrs it has been off and on. Recently it has been going soft within the first 5 minutes of either oral or intercourse, no difference. Nothing really will make it return and if the off chance it does it goes away again quickly. Ive tried testosterone shots with no improvement. Not sure if the blue pill is whats next or if there's really something wrong with me.
